Monday & Wednesday
Raise the Grade – Grade 8 – 12 (NO registration needed through the portal)
Starts on January 4th
This program is a recreational, leadership and educational program. Help with homework, study skills, sports, scholarship opportunities, cooking and job readiness are only some of the activities planned on these nights.
Time 6:00 – 8:00 pm
NEW!! Drop In Night with Pasta Night Supper
Starts on January 17th
Grades JK – 12 (NO registration is needed through the portal)
Members in the after school program have the opportunity to stay through until 6pm.
Join us for Pasta Tuesdays. This program ends on June 13th.
Time: 5:00 – 6:00 pm
The Best of Friends Theatre Program with Eleanor Drury Children’s Theatre
Starts on March 23rd (registration required)
This program is for children and youth 10 – 14. Performances will June 15th & 16th. click button below for more information.

Friday
Supper Club & Inflatables all grades (NO registration is needed through the portal)
Starts on January 6th
Members can stay after school straight through until 8 pm to have supper with us. Inflatables will be up for bouncing fun prior to dinner. Menu for suppers will vary and are often sponsored by Community businesses or residents. No Supper Club on PA Days!
Time 5:30 – 8:00 pm
IN JUNE – We only have the Friday supper club on June 2nd & June 9th and we will be closing at 6pm on these days. On the PA Days, June 16th we will close at 5:30
The Monthly Windsor News Letter
Windsor Program Details
During the After School Program a healthy snack is provided to members. All members must sign in and out at the Attendance desk. Parents will need to give permission for children to walk home on their own.
Age Appropriate programs will be delivered. Calendars will be posted monthly on the After School Drop In Page.
Quality After School Programs
Click on the After School Program for calendars and news on our after school program. Safe Arrival will start September 12th (14th for bussers) but we are still trying to hire staff to allow for drop in kids to start.
Homework Help!
Homework Help is available everyday after school. We ask the members if they have homework but we do not make the children do it. If you want your child doing their homework please remind the members to ask us for help.
On Tuesdays in October to March Frontier College will be here with tutors to help children in specific subjects.
House League
Pizza Hut is the Sponsor of our House League Program. Children earn points by participating in sports, attendance, doing good deeds and attending workshops. The team with the most points each month win a pizza party supplied by Pizza Hut.
Arts & Crafts
CAHEP does some amazing art projects with our members weekly. Arts & Crafts are incorporated daily into programming.
Cooking Classes
Learn easy, fun, new recipes you can create with what’s in your cupboards when the stomach is grumbling! Each age group gets one day a week to cook up a storm.
Power Up
Power Up! is an academic support program that helps kids develop positive study habits and practices at school, and encourages a life-long interest in learning. Participants are given the tools and environment necessary to set and plan for academic goals, and are helped along the way by volunteer tutors and mentors.
